In order to achieve this goal, the AR Brown Group has announced that the "AR Brown Group Corporate Ethics Action Policy" will be put into practice in order to increase management transparency, carry out fair and appropriate corporate activities, and fulfill the social responsibilities required by society.

Quality Management

We will respect our business partners as business partners, determine trade conditions such as prices, quality, and contracts fairly, and word towards building mutual trust. We will not give or receive excessive entertainment that deviates from the conventional wisdom to our business partners and civil servants, both domestically and internationally.
Information Security
We recognize the importance of confidential corporate information and personal information learned in the course of business both inside and outside the group, and we take appropriate security measures to manage and protect it. We will take protective measures against threats on computer networks and manage them so that they do not damage ours or other companies.
Crisis Management
In order to protect the life and physical safety of everyone concerned, the AR Brown Group will aim to determine the risks of natural disasters, infectious diseases, etc., and in the event of an emergency including changes in social conditions, the group will minimize the damage promptly. We will take recovery measures and provide appropriate information.
Relationship with stakeholders
The AR Brown Group will ensure that the duties carried out by each AR Brown Group company complies with laws and regulations, and we will work towards constructing an appropriate and efficient management system so that the trust of all stakeholders is earned.
