The "Meiji Maru", Japan’s first steam-driven vessel made from steel is the symbol of our company, which was received in the UK by Albert Richard Brown who played a key role to bring it to Japan.

Having "adventurer spirit" in mind, "Think Quality and Create Value".

Albert Richard Brown, who was born in Britain in the 19th century and the roots of our company, made a significant contribution to Japan’s modernization in the Meiji Era based on a request from the Meiji Government. We are proud of his achievements, and we keep his positive “Can-Do Spirit”.

Successful adventurer is someone who sets up specific goals, make solid planning, develop necessary skills, manage possible risks, work together with supporters who have different professionalisms and take right decisions including tough decisions.

Trading activities to deliver cutting-edged solutions

Identifying unmet needs at the market, simultaneously we make effort to find out technologies to meet the needs and deliver the products to the market. In case that further technology development is required, we do not exclude option to make investments to make it happen if the technology is innovative and the market is attractive.
